 || What is Objectivism?

 •Firstly you have to know what is the meaning of Objective -means actual existence,not imaginative,

Truth,Reality,Independent of individual perception.Rand strongly believes that there is an objective reality that is actually exist out of our mind.She rejected the idea of subjectivity where reality created by Perceptions of an individual mind.This point leads Rand to completely disagreed with Kant(Immanuel Kant)Philosophy of idealism.She barbarically criticized Kant Philosophy.

•Objective - Actual existence,Independent of individual perceptions,Reality,not imaginative.objective is Existence.Fact or Truth.Ex : Taj Mahal is in Agra(Delhi) It's an objective. Wherever you go and investigate,everyone gives the answer yes it is in Agra & it is really existed.

•Subjective : It's an individual opinion,based on emotions & feelings of a subject.Subjective is experience.

Ex : Taj Mahal is beautiful.I really like it's architecture.This is subjective,an individual opinion of his feeling or experience.This opinion varies with person to person.Now,I'm sure you got my point what is objective.Rand Philosophy deals with Objectivity.Her philosophy described in all branches of philosophy.

METAPHYSICS -Deals with Reality,Truth, Existence.Rand's Objectivism on Metaphysics is there is actually an objective reality that is single reality,it is observable and she disagrees with the subjectivity.Rand argues that Reality is only to perceive but not to create it.This gives an individual the exact facts,what is what."Ante nii eyes tho nvu chusindhe nijam,ni mind lo create ainavi Anni false.Ex:God ni yevvaru chudaledhu,Okavela nuv God ni yekkadaina nii eyes tho chusthe adhe nijam.Lekapothe adhi oka superstition.

EPISTEMOLOGY :Deals with knowledge,Rand believes Knowledge comes from Reason,she holds reason is the man's highest virtue.Objectivist needs reason,proof,evidence.Reason for everything is mandatory in Objectivism.

ETHICS :Objectivism rejected moral sense,Rand replaced it with self-interest.One should act wholly on his selfishness,it is virtue.Objectivism states it is impossible to be an altruistic.... .

No one should sacrifice himself for the sake of others.

 POLITICS : She believes that capitalism is the only form of government that is free from violence.The task of government is to protect the rights of an individual, shouldn't not interfere b/w business dealings.Rand rejected Karl Marx Communism,socialism.she feels which involves violence & slavery. 

AESTHETICS : She is a romantic & a realist.she expressed her literature as romantic realism. Romantic & realism are opposite in expressing. Romanticism deals with the subjectivity, imaginative & deals with narrator/artists inner feelings.Realism is actual represention of fact may be a painting of a man or bird etc.She choose both romantic & realism to express her Objectivism.In which her protagonists are imaginative deals with real life experiences or problem...
